A mind, body, and spirit approach to Yoga. This class will be integrating mindful meditation, aromatherapy, moving energy with Qigong, and sound therapy. If you are expanding your practice or in need of healing, this class is molded with the intention of finding presence through breath, empowerment through poses, and connection through meditation. This class is designed to surround you with healing modalities for the physical self as well as guidance within the self to find compassion and wholeness.

About Your Teacher:

Nina Marie Beeman (200 RYT) integrates mindfulness meditation and sound therapy into her Yoga practice and classes. Nina found Yoga on the beginning of her path to healing and it has continued to be a catalyst for momentum in growth for mind, body, and spirit.

Nina has spent many years teaching yoga in to help people connect back to their true essence and cleanse their body and mind. She believes we are all recovering in some way, and Yoga is the pathway to presence and peace when you need healing and grounding. Yoga is not only movement on the mat but a way of life, and Nina weaves the teachings and inspirations of Yoga philosophy in her classes. Her love for Yoga is expressed through her teaching as she guides her students not only through physical poses, but also breath and guided meditation, moving energy through Qigong, balancing the body and bringing more compassion to the heart.

Whether you are starting your yoga journey or expanding your practice, her classes are designed for you with love. Nina's passion and intention is to hold compassionate space as she guides you through a class that allows you to become your own healer and feel empowered and at peace.
