Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga that joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. This is a much faster-paced class so get ready to feel exhilarated and revitalized!

About Your Teacher:
200 CYT / 300 CYT Tracy specializes in Vinyasa power flow and also teaches Hot Vinyasa, beginner, chair, and restorative yoga. She is AFFA Certified in group fitness, as well as Tabata/Boot camp certified. Tracey's yoga journey began six years ago when her life was derailed by the loss of her father. She was looking for an escape from reality, a way to reconnect to the self she once knew, that got lost somewhere in this thing we call life. She happened to stumble upon a dance studio that offered Zumba/yoga classes. Reluctant at first, but willing to give it a whirl, she found that first Power Yoga was amazing. It built her from the inside out like nothing she had ever experienced before — giving her a total love that drives her to this day. The practice of yoga changed her life and guided her back to her true self. She found that she wasn't just the kid she once was, or the mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend she had become, but rather the one she always longed to meet in her soul. She learned to release life's holds and choose no boundaries allowing her spirit to sore. Tracey is in the process of getting her 200 RYT in Ashtanga, and in the future Bikram/hot yoga. But, her heart and soul will always belong to Vinyasa Power Yoga.
