This class is designed for all level students. Focusing on building strength by breathing properly and relaxing into the poses. Some poses you might hold for few seconds; others will flow in and out of as your breath and mindfully let go.
About Your Teacher: (RYT 200) Yin Vinyasa Darrell began a serious path of physical fitness in 1990. He trained and became a certified Aerobics Instructor. After pondering his life over a period of time he was encouraged to seek a deeper spiritual walk. And after completing a program in Pastoral Ministries Darrell received his Master Of Art Degree. It was difficult to balance both his desire to be physically fit and spiritually healthy at the same time. Being dedicated to both he felt an inner struggle to focus on one or the other. But in 2010 he started practicing Yoga which led him to meditation. He has recently completed a 200 hour Teacher Training Program at Jiva Patha School, and now he practices a spiritually based physical fitness program.
